Roles and Responsibility

Job Title : L2 Support Engineers

Desirable years of Experience : 2-4

Relevant years of Experience : 2-4

Key responsibilities of the job holder (list between 5-8 responsibilities) 

• Triaging the tickets /incidents assigned by L1 team on a Daily basis.

•Proactively Monitoring of Application Health using Custom Alerts, Tools like Azure App Insights, SOPs.

• Delivering the tickets on time, adhering to the SLAs(Response Time and Resolution Time)

•Perform root cause analysis for the recurring L2 tickets and Contribute to the Knowledge Base / Run Book based on tickets trend

Essential technical competencies (no more than 5) 

• ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, EF, ADO.Net, C#,

• MSSQL

• Azure Devops

  • Experience in ZOHO Desk or Service Now Ticketing Tool
