• Employee Development & improvement of Employee satisfaction index
• Succession Planning
• Process and Productivity Improvements
• Performance reviews
• Work in collaboration with the Quality / Work force planning & HR teams
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Effective Floor Management during volume processing and TAT deadlines
